What CaninePal is

CaninePal is an educational dog-training tool. It builds a plan of courses and lessons from the dog profile and may provide AI-assisted coaching based on that profile and your progress.

Safety and limits

  • CaninePal is not veterinary care and does not replace an in-person assessment by a qualified behavior professional.
  • Guidance is general, may contain errors, cannot observe your dog, and does not guarantee results.
  • Stop any exercise that frightens, hurts, or seriously distresses your dog.

Seek in-person help instead of relying on the app for bite risk, aggression, severe fear or panic, serious resource guarding, severe separation anxiety, pain, limping, vomiting, seizures, or sudden behavior change. Contact a veterinarian in an emergency.

Your responsibilities

You train at your own responsibility and are responsible for the safety of your dog and everyone nearby. Follow local laws for leashes, muzzles, animal ownership, and access to public spaces. Do not misuse, overload, scrape, or resell the service.

CaninePal AI answers questions about your dog, its care and training, and the app. It declines other topics, and each device has a daily limit on questions. Answers are generated by AI and can make mistakes; use your judgment and ask a professional when in doubt. For any health or safety worry, talk to your veterinarian.

Your information and content

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Progress stored only on your device is lost when the app is deleted or you move to another device without account sync. Lessons, illustrations, and app copy belong to [LEGAL NAME]; your notes and questions remain yours.

CaninePal Pro subscriptions

The first two lessons of your dog's plan, Care, and a few CaninePal AI questions are free. CaninePal Pro opens every lesson and course and CaninePal AI, and a family organizer's subscription covers everyone in their family space. Pro is sold through Apple as an auto-renewing subscription, yearly, monthly or weekly, at the price shown in the app before you buy.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before that.
  • Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings, under your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your CaninePal account does not cancel it.
  • Introductory offers, such as a free trial or a discounted first year, are shown before you buy, and each Apple Account can use a given offer once.
  • Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided "as is." Features may change, pause, or be removed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including during training. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
